Useless
Not easy to work with. Falls apart easily. When it dries out it just gets blown away by the wind. Waste of money.
No, I do not recommend this product.

We apologize for your negative experience with our product. We would recommend using landscape pins that can be used to stabilize the mat. Please contact our customer service department toll-free at 1-800-285-7333 so we may assist you further. Thank you.

Most disappointed
I had multiple bare spots and some rather large depressions' in my front yard that were not only difficult to mow but dangerous as well. Purchased topsoil to fill, graded the areas, distributed Pennintons Coated Seed and rolled out the Pennington's Seed Mat. I was immediately struck with the thinness of the mat, but finished rolling it out and securing it with wire staples every 3 feet or so. Next morning I found the mat mostly torn up and certainly repositioned. The mat is just not substantial enought to provide secure mulcing of a newly seeded area.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Good solution for grass seed beds.
Product is very good. I wasnt sure at first, but within days, I had a good start on new grass seeds. Today, it is a sea of green grass, about 1/2 - 1 inch and growing daily .
Its a good product.
Good for smaller problem sections, I think its a good investment. Also, none of my grass seed got blown away in the recent storms, so that is amazing.
Yes, I recommend this product.
