Q: Why are you not stating the cyclone fencing will be required to be stretched over the tubes? Most people cannot do this kind of tough stretching even with the proper cyclone fence stretching tools being available. Be more honest with your customers.

- A: Hi nicky! We have gotten Feedback from the Manufacturer: Thank you for your feedback. After looking into this item more and trying to find an answer for the issue you brought up, what we found was that after 196 sold just this year alone, this is the first time anyone had asked this question of us. The primary reason is probably because this kennel takes 2 people to assemble it and, on the average, it takes about 3 hours. That being said, we didn't address any issues someone might run into if they try to assemble it on their own or if one of the two people might have a physical difficulty. We have suggested to our team that create listing content to see if they can include this information you brought up. They will look into it and if they agree, they will add it to the listings we have at some point in the future.17 days agoHelpful?
