The Palmgren 6 in. Cross Slide Vise is a combination cross slide table and vise built into one that accurately moves the work two directions. The Cross Slide Vise combines a precision work-holding vise and a two-axis cross-slide table into a single heavy-duty tool. It enables rapid, accurate positioning of workpieces across both X and Y axes without repeatedly unclamping the stock. This Palmgren Vise is built from fine-grain cast iron with an open base center for holding work through the body of the vise.
