The Oregon S56T 2 Pack Saw Chain is designed to fit all chainsaw brands, with models that require a 3/8 Inch pitch, .050 Inch (1.3 mm) gauge, with 56 drive links. Not for a Makita, at least not mine.

I'm sure this is a good chain, but it does not work well a Makita bar, at least the one I have, which calls for a .043 thickness of drive link, not a .050 thickness. It does FIT, but the chain does not slide easily through the bar slot, and the saw struggles to get it to speed. And wears down the batteries wicked fast.
