This Orbit Basic Mist Cooling Kit contains preassembled flexible tubing that consists of 10 feet of feed line connected to 12 feet of mist line, creating 12 feet of linear mist cooling, or 24 square feet of mist area. This Orbit cooling kit is expandable up to 25 nozzles with appropriate pressure. That's another 50 feet of mist cooling! Great for cooling your outdoor living areas, this evaporative cooling kit is ready to install right out of the box! Preassembled fittings make installing the UV resistant tubing a snap. Please note this basic mist cooling kit is for outdoor use with cold water only. Do not use it with a booster pump or in freezing temperatures.

- A: If your nozzle is leaking, it may be one of the following: the nozzle is not installed correctly, it is a faulty nozzle, or a clogged nozzle. Make sure the nozzle is sufficiently tightened into place. Check to make sure the nozzle O-ring is in place. Clean with nozzle cleaner and/or remove debris left from inadequate flushing of mist line by blowing out with air. Poorly made

I recently purchased this product. I was removing one of the misters because it was plugged. When I removed it, the threads inside the tubing came out with the mister. Now I cannot put the mister back in making the whole thing useless. Didn't even get to use it once. Not worth the money.

Clips useless

Misting is good. Hose softens with heat.
Clips to install are useless. The amount of the nail protruding from the clip is half an inch long and doesn’t even get through the stucco to install. Longer nail needed. The nail may be over one inch long but over half is in the plastic of the clip itself leaving very little protruding. Orbit should test what they are selling before offering to the public.

Poor quality plastic is very stiff. I was unable to to face misters where I needed.

Seems to be a winner.

I was impressed with the quality of the "kit" as being of a heavy duty water line and the inclusion of a self draining valve. We haven't been able to install it at this time, but have every expectation that it will work as well as expected. Appears to be a quality product.
