Shipping and Receiving made it not worth it

Product was as described and is good. Shipping was a joke and if tractor supply would have answered their phone for customer service, I would have cancelled it. Tractor supply had given me the expected arrival date for the material. I made sure I was home only for the day to come and i only received a phone call from the shipping company to schedule the delivery. No worries, I scheduled it for the following day. The next day came and gone and still no material. I called the shipping company and they told me the truck with my material had a broken lift gate and couldn’t deliver it to me. I said that’s fine but I never received a phone call to notify me and I have been sitting home all day waiting for my material. The representative for the company stated her apologies and guaranteed delivery for the next morning, early. Next morning came and gone and still no product. Called tractor supply to cancel and I received voicemail. Material showed up to my house around 1 in the afternoon. Driver stated he cannot drive on private property. Where I live it’s dirt from the street to my concrete due to city’s easements. I asked him how he planned on moving 600lbs of material through dirt with a pallet jack that also weighs 600lbs. He had no answer… eventually I hitched my flatbed and drove it to the back of his truck for him to use the same “broken” lift gate to manipulate the material onto my trailer which was a poor attempt at best. I had to use a ratchet strap to help slide the pallet off the lift gate and on to my trailer. Overall the roofing sheets are what they are but not worth it to deal with shipping. XPO shipping is a horrible company that I paid $500 to bring the material to my house and they still couldn’t do it.

I have used this on my pump house and garden shed and it is a great product. Looks good and no fading problems thus far.
