Upon opening the package, one 'spring washer' was missing. I found one in my toolbox, assembled the item, and made sure it was as tight as possible. I placed it on my patio, inserted my umbrella, and it worked great.... for four hours. Somehow the upright element 'unscrewed' itself and the whole thing blew over - including my umbrella, which was bent. When I picked it up, the upright element was nearly completely unscrewed. I inserted two larger washers on top of and beneath the base, then reassembled the entire thing using my foot on a wrench to tighten it... it's holding, though I added a strong bungee cord to attach the pole to a nearby planter to make sure it doesn't fall over again. It looks good, and for twenty two dollars, I guess it's fine. This isn't a review of Tractor Supply, they made the process of ordering & pickup easy. But the manufacturer might want to make sure all parts are in the packages.
