Poor customer service

I have not received the order. Tracking shows I was to receive it 5-29 at the Lake Worth Tx store. As of 6-9 it is still not there. Went by the store and they said call the customer service number so I called your customer service line and was on hold for 30 minutes and never talked to anyone.
No, I do not recommend this product.

TSC asked me how I find this product. Well, I go outside every morning in my pajamas and call here chair, here chair. I get some strange looks from my neighbors, but the chair never comes. Eventually I get to my patio, and low and behold, there is the chair right where I left it. Good chair.
