Can not receive item, online service AWFUL

Ordered it this March 28 and on April 12 I still had not received it. Went to local Tractor Supply, they looked into it and said it was a UPS problem. I went to the UPS store and they said it was Tractor Supply problem. I have tried calling the number listed online was put on hold for an hour, requested they call back but they never have. Filled out a contact us form online twice with no repl

Challenges after purchase, Missing UPS pick-up. Gave a delivery date, but no updates. Checked several time, nothing. Contacted company via E-mail, no response. Daughter ordered same unit 2 days after and hers came in on time. What bappened?

Poor design, hundeds of tiny nuts and bolts, it took hours for two people to assemble. I bought two and retuned the other on after putting the first one together.

This was a great size for the price. I started putting it together alone. It was a little awkward trying to hold the nut while turning the screw but once you get used to it, then it’s easy enough.
