The northbeam Folding Utility Table & Potting Bench is practical and is great for both indoor or outdoor use. The compact design allows you to fold this potting bench flat when not in use. Featuring a spacious upper and lower tier for use as storage, a work surface, or to double as a patio buffet table. This utility table is made out of Canadian Hemlock with an oil-based stain and galvanized durable metal surface for durability. Partially preassembled, instructions and hardware are included so only a minimum amount of assembly will be needed.

Q: Can this be left out all summer- exposed to some sun & definitely rain....

  • A: This item is made to be used and stored outside. However, we do highly recommend that the unit is covered in extreme weather and re-stain yearly to help increase the life of the unit.

Easy to assemble and disassemble for storage

Very easy to assemble. Serves its purpose. It is rather flimsy and I don't think it would last more than 3 years outside, in the rain and snow, but it can be easily disassembled for winter storage to increase its life. I am using it in my garage for a craft table. I love the metal top. I added another shallow shelf, several inches below the top, and installed 3 drawers.
