Mismatched Product and Unresponsive Support

I ordered the northbeam Cooler Picnic Table Kit from Tractor Supply’s online store and unfortunately received a completely different table.
The product I received does **not include the built-in cooler**, which is a primary feature of the item I purchased. Additionally, the bench seating is not attached to the table, which creates a safety and usability issue—when you sit on either end, the bench tips or flips.
To make matters worse, I have not been able to find the table that was actually sent to me anywhere on their website, so I can’t even determine whether I received something of equal value or not. For reference, the cooler table I ordered typically sells in the $200–$250 range depending on the retailer. ([Tractor Supply Co.][1])
Customer service has been equally disappointing. Reaching support by phone requires excessive wait times, and after contacting my local Tractor Supply store, I was told they cannot assist because this was an online-only order. I also sent an email to customer support and, after a full week, have received no response.
At this point, I’m left with the wrong product, no clear path to resolution, and no communication from the company.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Tractor Supply’s online store.

Horrible experience table never received

You've got to be kidding me. We have yet to even receive the table!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I'm in hell trying to get it figured out why!! UPS had it out for delivery then decided not to deliver and sent it back from GA to CA!!

fI am 86 years old female and just completed assembling this table. Beautiful table. Quite a job to line up all the slats to where they belong. But I did it. Will ask my lawn crew to turn the table upright when they are here - a bit heavy.
