Great when they're working but after a fair bit of use the wire breaks inside. I would recommend this to a DIY person but not a trade person (me). I was using them for extension leads and spray paint hoses and all have failed after a couple of years of being used about once a week .

I work in the Data Center business and these ties are great for securing network cables and power. If we change something you can easily undo these ties and secure it back up rapidly. Our server racks look the best and our clients appreciate it as well. I prefer the orange color you can see it quickly for changes in equipment. Best thing ever. Just wish we had options for bulk discounts? I use the 3, 6 inch ties the most.

these have a good coating, maybe some sort of flexible rubber which keeps it from marring what ever is being secured. next is the securing wire it self, stiff and strong enough to easily tie stuff down yet not too stiff as to be hard to handle. its flexible enough to bent over and around different shapes. i use 2 to position a solar panel into sun light. they are perfect for this in that the are flexible enough to bend into the needed lean an stiff enough to easily wrap around to tie them securely by a couple of wraps. i don't know what it would pick up but I'm thinking a couple of tight wraps this thing could pick up all i could then some. its not flexible like rope, its pretty stiff, you have to plan how to use it.

These look like they’ll be perfect for what my son bought them for me for, but please define “rubber.” I have an allergy to latex, aka natural latex rubber. Too many companies, including yours, are just slapping a “Rubber” label with no clarification whether it’s natural latex rubber or silicone “rubber.” Please clarify so we know whether I can safely use them or if they’re for other family members to use.
