A WASTE OF MONEY

USED THIS PRODUCT 3 TIMES and it stopped working!! I may have had a defective one and because its a year past the purchase date I cant get another one or a refund.

I wouldn't buy this product again
a year ago
After a little over a year of purchasing the ive machine the company wouldn't replace my unit all they would do is give me 40% off a new one. Why would I buy another one when the problem that I'm having wasn't my fault of mis use. The water hose on the inside is leaking when filling up the basket with water so it's a fast leak. I now have it on my table with a towel underneath the machine. Never again I will be buying from this company

Good not great

After 6 months of use the hinges on the ice tray broke, bought the very affordable replacement parts! Though very difficult to actually replace and now 6-8 moths later the same part broke again.
No, I do not recommend this product.
