Q: Is there a reason there are only 3 sides to this planter in the photo? Is it meant to join to something else to make the 4th side? Bizarre.

Excellent customer service, beautiful planter

A couple of the pieces had some deep scratches on them. The instructions indicated to contact Vita directly with any issues, which I did, and they sent replacement parts right away. The planter is beautiful and much larger (not only in width but in planting depth) than most others I had seen, so can be used for far more than herbs! Very pleased.
