However, my golden retriever is needing a winter home for the days we have him outside during work and been thinking of purchasing this one, however the Specifications list this house as INSULATED so the fact that the company answered no, but listed it as insulated, really is making rethink this purchase. - A: The weight of the product and its shipping carton is 65.7 pounds. However, most of the parts inside are bundled together into 3 main groups each about 20 pounds. Sam loves his new Bunkhouse dog house.

I bought this dog house on line from a very helpful Tractor Supply rep. And was not sure it would be something my buddy Sam would like without seeing it first. When it arrived I couldn't believe how easy it was to assemble. I've had it for about a month and Sam loves it and his 110lb body fits well and his new home is holding up very well.

I purchased new age pet, bunkhouse. Assembly went fine, however when I went to step 26 the roof rail I found defective. E-mailed customer support they responded would get back with me in 2 to 3
days.Still waiting after 2 weeks. So if ever have problem don't count on customer support for parts or help.
