Did the trick... pond spill pipe overjacket for a rusted out spill pipe. Ordered the 15" X 10ft to go over the outside of a 12" iron spill pipe that was leaking. Cuts easily with a circular saw (plastic/TREX type 40 tooth) blade. Light enough to place over the old pipe while wading. Hope it buried in the pond floor deep enough to slow or stop the loss of water level. Shipping cost was high, but better bargain than the "big box" hardware stores was offering.
