Q: Will this fit a Dodge ram 1500 crew cab and will it fit a queen size air mattress

- A: Hi there, No sorry that style is for a compact pick up truck. For your Dodge Ram 1500 you would need to order one of the following styles, based on the length of the bed of your truck. For a Short Bed (measuring approx. 66"-69" with the tailgate closed), order a 19033. For a Regular Bed (measuring approx. 76"-79" with the tailgate closed), order a 19022. And for a Long Bed (measuring approx. 96"-98" with the tailgate closed), order a 19011. As for the Air Mattress, as long as that air mattress fits in the bed of your truck you are good to go! Please note that our Air Mattresses are made to fit between the wheel wells and is 50" wide. I believe you can also find ones out there that fit over the wheel wells (sorry I am not sure of the make of those but I am sure if you google truck bed air mattresses you should find more info).
