If you are going to purchase these boots be sure to size up. I am usually a 9-9. 5. I ordered a 10 and they are very small and narrow. I would say they fit like an 8.5 with a thin sock. I have to keep them because it was the biggest size and I urgently needed some boots because my black Friday order was cancelled without notice. I am regretting having not sent them back due to the size because they do hurt my feet. I do think if I could have gotten a size that fit I would be pretty satisfied with them as they are water proof, they are very warm even with the thin sock, and the insoles have a nice feel to them. I can only recommend if you order at least a size and a half up if you plan on wearing thin socks, or 2 sizes up for thick socks. Why can't an established footwear manufacturer produce shoes that conform to correct sizing? Kinda of crazy

I have a hard time getting these boots on my feet, and have found the return process to be very difficult. I am still awaiting "approval" to return the boots. I would not buy from this store again.

The boots look great. Can't rate performance until i actually use them in cold, snow and sleet. Size wise, they are a snug even without wearing thick socks. I don't have the patience and energy to do a return, but one might consider ordering a half size bigger than what one normally wears

I bought these a few years ago and they are, HANDS DOWN, the most comfortable, WARM, waterproof winter boots I've ever owned. HIGHLY recommend! True to size, my socks dont bunch up, my feet don't sweat, they are a DREAM!
