Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT GOOD I used a propane heater to bring my Garage up to 50°F. Then I turned this on to see if it would maintain the temp. This is a small garage is under 400 sq ft. The temp dropped to 40°F within 1 hour. It was 30°F outside, so I know it would drop faster if it was colder outside. Also, huge power hog. Drawing 13 to 15 amps will it was running on 240V...

HI B, A 240V application requires a fitted electrical receptical and would do well with a dedicated breaker/ line. Rich Mr Heater
