cross supports holes not spaced correctly, and frame was hourglass shapped.....needed to drill new holes

Nice size raised bed so you can access plants. Also sturdy once you tighten all the bolts. Be sure to wear gloves since metal cross bars are very sharp. Would buy again.

Received both boxes. Noticed one end was open. I inquired about it and the clerk assured me he had checked the box and all parts were there. Brought purchase home, did not immediately assemble. When I did attempt to assemble, both boxes missing parts. One box missing all hardware and one box missing support bar. Yet clerk assured me he had checked boxes. It’s not the product I don’t recommend. It’s believing in the clerk that’s the issue. Do not believe the employees. Check all boxes for all parts before you leave the store, do not believe the clerks,

The box was delivered to the store damaged and opened. Personnel did not think to check contents and I had to make multiple trips to return because there were no screws in the box. What ever happened to customer service?
