At the top of the cuff is a cross laid on its side created by antiqued silver tone rope and open in the center for a delicate design. Each point of the cross is a heart in a shining rose gold finish with a clear cubic zirconia crystal in the center. Adding another element of sparkle to the piece is a clear cubic zirconia crystal placed in the center of the cross design. One size fits most.
