The Mibro 17 pc. Titanium Nitride Coated High Speed Steel Drill Bit Set gives a smooth finish that significantly reduces friction while drilling. The coating extends the life of a HSS drill bit 6 times that of a regular HSS bit. This drill bit set is suitable for use on wood, wood composites, plastics and repetitive drilling in most metals - not recommended for hard metals such as stainless steel

  • 1/16 (x2), 5/64, 3/32, 7/64, 1/8 (x2), 9/64, 5/32, 11/64, 3/16, 13/64, 7/32, 15/64, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 in.
  • This drill bit set is suitable for use on wood, wood composites, plastics and repetitive drilling in most metals - not recommended for hard metals such as stainless steel
  • Titanium nitride coating gives an exceptionally smooth surface that reduces friction
  • Lasts up to 6 times longer than regular high speed steel drill bits
  • 135° split point tip on all drills 1/8 in. diameter and larger eliminates the need for a center punch and keeps the drill bit from walking
  • 3 flats on drill shanks larger than 3/16 in. insure that it is held tightly in the drill chuck

Good Quality

I have purchased several sets over the last couple years and use them pretty regularly. Just used a set yesterday to drill out some broken off studs in a set of V8 manifolds. I had to drill 5 out of 6 studs. Worked pretty well. Only had to sharpen the 5/16 to finish the last couple holes. I think they performed really well.

Worst set of bits possible

Might as well be made of wood, extremely brittle and useless. Doubtful they would drill thru cardboard without breaking. Save your money!!!
