I got this set to try and drill out some broke bolts on a few projects i had piling up. Not a single bit would even throw a shaving unless i started hitting the aluminum casing. I figured maybe these are just some crazy hard 1/4" bolts so i tried drilling through a scrap piece of angle that i had and got the same result. Not drilling. Yes i was keeping the bits cool. Only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is that i like the case.

Needed a 1/4 bit to drill 1/4 flat stock…total of 40 holes. Drill press along with a couple drops of drilling fluid got the project done quickly. Performed as/better than expected.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Not impressed

On the forth hole in 1/4 inch stainless the bit fried even with constant lubrication to keep it cool. First couple holes were great but three was slow, four led to complete failure.
