The Maxx Air Rugged (R) Series Exhaust Fans can be used in a garage, barn, greenhouse, warehouse, and a variety of other agricultural and industrial locations to quickly remove unwanted odors, dust and humidity, and refresh stale or warm air in your space. This ventilation fan is constructed of a sturdy, reinforced 20 gauge steel housing with improved aluminum louvered shutter for an even tighter closure than before, a safety grille and a totally enclosed, thermally protected motor. Arrives fully assembled, just mount to your desired building wall and plug in to your nearest 120V outlet to complete installation.

  • Moves up to 1,400 CFM
  • Reinforced rust-resistant galvanized steel housing with removable interior grille
  • Pre-drilled holes on flange and rolled flange edges for safe and easy installation
  • Automatic shutter with added louver stiffeners prevents drafts from entering through the external opening
  • OSHA compliant grille and totally enclosed, energy efficient PSC motor
  • 7.5 ft. power cord with 3-prong plug
  • Requires 4.5 sq. ft. of NFA intake ventilation. Not intended to exhaust hazardous fumes or chemicals.

Seems very durable and heavier than expected.

The product I received was different than the first pic but I got it installed easily by attaching it to a 3/4 plywood board then mounting. Plugged in and worked good. Needs an on off switch so I installed a surge protector strip for testing. Will install a switch in a box later.

The Big Fan

I put it up in my shed and it has made a big difference in the temperature in side my shed. It was a perfect size for the type of shed I have. I feel that it will be less maintenance to keep up with it.
