Provide Manna Pro Select Series GRO Formula to milking does and their litters on a free-choice basis. GRO Formula is a complete diet. Hay and other forages can be fed but are not required. Provide fresh, clean water at all times.
NOTE: A tablespoon of Calf-Manna may be added to milking does rations daily. This has been a nearly standard practice among successful rabbit breeders. Calf-Manna encourages rabbits to eat and is an excellent supplement. Do not exceed the recommended feeding rate, as Calf-Manna is low in fiber.
Transition to new food slowly over a 7 day period.

Q: is it better than blue seal rabbit pellets
7 years ago- A: It has more protein, 18%. I would love to try it. I cannot get it locally. My rabbits love Blue Seal Show Hutch(17%). I tried to mix their food to save money, 1/3 regular manna pro(16%) and 2/3 BSSH. They push the MP aside the get the BSSH. This often means wasted food on the ground :( so I'm probably not saving much. They will eat the MP that's left in their bowls eventually if I stop adding BSSH. 9 years ago- A: There will be a made on date stamped on the bottom of the bag along the white strip. The date will say something similar to MADE 01/01/17. The product is only good for 6 months after that made on date whether it has been opened or not.9 years agoHelpful?
