They tried to sell me a used battery It was used and the package was torn and the battery had dirt in it. They said it was new and clearly was used. Horrible customer service

Fine battery, and the best price at Tractor Supply. I like TSCo. It is a great version of the hardware store that has a little bit of everything. I didn't know that they carry Makita. I've been at TSCo often and never noticed their Makita products. I found this out by accident while searching the Makita website. It was a bit like traveling around the world to discover what wanted was in your own back yard! This is a bit of a plug. Everyone has a reason to use a certain platform. For me it was Makita or Milwaukee. Milwaukee makes a good product, but the options for the different tools I can use on the Makita platform is what sold me on Makita. I can use this platform for gardening equipment, automotive such as torque wrenches, even fans in the van to keep the dogs cool on hot summer days while dog training.

Expensive gift, no sales for the batteries at the store, while other stores were having sales on them. Good product though..
