The Magpul PMAG Ranger Plate is a floorplate replacement for the 5.56x45 PMAG AR/M4 GEN M3 magazines. It incorporates an integral loop similar to the original Magpul USGI Ranger Plate. When installed on the base of the magazine, the PMAG Ranger Plate provides unsurpassed speed and control during high stress, tactical magazine changes. Made in the USA.

Can't go wrong with Magpul

Excellent choice if this is the kind of thing your looking for. I compared it to the dfco dos boot and I've got to admit that it has more advantages. However this is still a 5 star magpul product and wouldn't hesitate to use these versus the dos boot. Honest Engine. Lol. Thank you Magpul.

Does not fit windowed PMAGS

I wish they’d said somewhere that these don’t fit the windowed pmags. I bought a 3 pack and now can only use one of them cuz the windowed mag baseplates slide from the front back not back to front which is what these are designed for.
