Awesome Shirt but Doesn't Stay True Black for Long

Love this shirt! True to size (purchased L-XXL, can't speak for S/M), and have also bought for several girlfriends & co-workers. Only complaint (and loss of star) is that it starts fading right away, even with mild detergent in cold water and air drying.
