I just cut the 75' extension cord off this reel, so that I can put my own end on it and make it usable. This reel is JUNK!! It has no spring loaded return. It only has a small little handle to rewind the coil onto the reel. It is not smooth, wobbles back and forth and sticks, making the job more difficult than just hand winding a 75' cord. I'm keeping the cord and throwing the steel and outlet end in the trash. You can't even unbolt the 4-outlet head to use without the reel. It's riveted together so if you try to take it apart, you'll ruin it anyway. Throwing the whole thing away. Products so poorly designed/manufactured are a waste of resources. This product should be outlawed it's so bad. I can't say enough negatives about this. It's garbage. If I could give it negative 10 stars, I would.
