Treat your dog with the Lifetime Deluxe Dog House. Whether your dog is a family pet, working dog, hunting companion or simply likes to spend a lot of time outside, they need a safe and comfortable space to call their own. The spacious design of this dog house provides most medium to large dog breeds with plenty of room to sleep and relax. Research and development has shown that this unique and adaptable design gives owners peace of mind by providing flexibility around their dog's needs. You can create an enclosed back room that better retains heat or remove the partition for larger interior space depending on your dog's growth and preferences. The main door includes a weighted vinyl flap to help prevent wind or rain from entering the interior and the adjustable side vents provide great airflow. When conditions turn colder, you have the option to mount a heater (not included) and tuck the power cord into the wall channel and through the floor port for a simple and unobtrusive installation.

Lifetime does not make heaters to go with our dog house but you can look for your own heater that would work. - A: This doghouse has an interior dimension of 2 ft. 7.6 in. L x 3 ft. 6.6 in. W x 2 ft. 8.8 in. - 2 ft. 10.5 in. H. There is a wall inside that can be removed to make room for bigger dogs. It will fit dogs up to 100 pounds; Labs, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Boxers, Collies... For dogs over 100 pounds, it may be a bit small. Your dog is right on that boarder, so It may work, but if he/she has any more growing to do you may want to consider looking for something a bit bigger.3 years agoHelpful?

This is a well designed doghouse and should last a lifetime. Large enough to house a large breed or several dogs. Im glad we decided on this one even though it was more expensive than others. No wood to rot! Wasn't hard to assemble. Nice looking in our yard.

Super sturdy!

This is a sturdy doghouse. After assembly, a very strong wind storm blew it off our porch. It fell about 3 feet. No damage!! Assembly was well instructed and fairly easy, although it took a couple of hours. Overall, I am super satisfied with this product.

Plastic inserts broke right away. Piece missing.

I love the house but several of the little plastic inserts that come with it to secure the screws into broke as soon as I screwed in the screw. The ones on the handles, the heater mount and the ones on the front that the handles click in to. I didn't over tighten them and once the first one broke, I was ever so gentle with the others and they broke too. Hopefully I can get replacements sent to me that aren't as fragile and maybe some extras too as I have a feeling some of these will break too. Sad that you spend this much money on a product and some of the parts are poorly made. I am also missing the Lifetime badge that attaches to the front of the house. Uggh :o(
