A: Hi Tina! Gift Card purchases are not eligible for to receive Neighbors Club reward points when you purchase them. You can, however, earn points when you spend the gift card. Simply provide your phone number at check out and you will receive points if you have an active Neighbors Club account.

I ordered my gift card from the home office because I was at my home in Florida. They rushed my purchase to their store in Ellijay, GA and it was received the following day. In addition, the security check, verifying the release to the correct person was excellent.

What a scam

Ordered on Oct 10, informed delivery would be no later than Oct 11. That didn't happen and I was unable to track it down, so I went to the store 20 miles away and bought a physical card. But they saved the day with a notification email on 00:35 Oct 16 happily telling me they delivered it on Oct 12! Yay! (Which, needless to say, they did not.)
