I was given this gift card because it took 6 days for my same day delivery to arrive. I haven't used the card and I hardly think $20 is worth waiting almost a week for a same day delivery.

I was an unhappy customer, but now I am pleased

I opened a tractor supply credit account and was supposed to receive $50 bonus. I called and was told it takes 30 days. After 30 days I still hadn't gotten the bonus I called again. At that time I was told the bonus was loaded on my Tractor supply shoppers card and that it was loaded when I called and had expired. The person I talked to the first time did not tell me that and I was out the bonus. When I called back the second person I talked to rectified the situation and I was very pleased with the resolution.
