I ordered my gift card from the home office because I was at my home in Florida. They rushed my purchase to their store in Ellijay, GA and it was received the following day. In addition, the security check, verifying the release to the correct person was excellent.

Customer Service Issue

Opened a new credit card account and was told I would receive a $75 reward but after a few months never saw the reward. Called Customer Service multiple times, waited on long holds each time. Eventually spoke to someone who had English as their primary language. Was then sent a $75 gift card .... A Somewhat frustrating Customer Service experience that should have been unnecessary.
