Delivery Issue

had multiple shipments from tractor supply and three of them came by an independent courier, who didn’t even have them in a box just handed me the clothes with the hangers on them from the outside of their car. I’ve never seen anything like it.
I tried to call tractor supply at their customer service number and was on hold for two hours. I left my name and number for them to call me back in the queue and guess what no one ever called me for two days don’t bother ordering anything online from them the customer service does not exist anymore.
