Quirky part. Following instructions and torque with Leupold rings the gun shot high and right, beyond the ability of adjustment of the scope. Talked the situation with support and they sent new components. I dismounted the scope from the base, turned the base 180 degrees and reinstalled. Started shooting correctly, the only thing I can figure is that both side are not machined to required accuracy. This means there is a preferred direction, however, there is no indication or instruction this could be the case.
The part overall functions correctly after some initial difficulty.
