Leigh Country Big Country Kid's Adirondack Chair with Star, Navy Blue

The product itself is exactly what I was hoping for—solid, durable, and clearly built to last. It feels sturdy and well-made, and I have no doubt it can hold up to everyday use, even around kids who tend to be a little rough on furniture. In terms of quality, it absolutely delivers. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, I felt ignored. Even after saying “excuse me,” there was no greeting or acknowledgment—just a blank stare. When I went to pick up my order, the cashier initially couldn’t find it, which I understand can happen. However, once she did locate it, she simply pointed in the direction of the items, said “it’s back there,” and walked away without offering any further assistance. After grabbing the chairs—which were surprisingly lightweight—I returned to the register and stood there unsure if everything was finalized. The cashier didn’t say a word. I had to ask if I was all set just to get any kind of confirmation. So while the product itself is great and definitely worth it for the durability, the customer service left a lot to be desired. A little basic courtesy and communication would have made a big difference in the overall experience.
