Sticky film on backs of chairs that won’t come off

The chairs are very attractive, comfortable and sturdy. I would give them a 5 star except I can’t get the sticky stuff left from removing the brand label. I will not buy these chairs again. I have tried everything to get rid of this sticky film. I should not have to clean brand new lawn chairs and have them not come out clean. They are new.

No, I do not recommend this product.
