The Klein Tools GFCI Outlet Tester is designed to detect the most common wiring problems in standard and GFCI receptacles. A convenient chart on the durable outlet tester helps determine the wiring condition in the outlet based on lights results. This outlet tester indicates conditions such as open ground, reverse polarity, open hot, open neutral and hot/ground reversed.

  • Works on GFCI outlets and confirms operation of the ground fault protective device
  • Outlet tester is built to withstand a 6.6-ft. (2m) drop
  • Operating temperature of 32 degrees to 140 degree Fahrenheit (0 degrees to 40 degrees Celsius)
  • Nominal voltage; 110/125V AC at 50/60Hz in a 3-wire outlet
  • Outlet tester detects the most common wiring problems in standard and GFCI receptacles
