Broken Handle

Rarely use this appliance, was great to use up until the handle broke off quite easily. Now unable to source a replacement, so effectively unusable - which is a shame as it was great when it worked.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Four blades are better than two

I had a smaller version of this food processor, with the two blades, and found that it wouldn't do a good job on making bread into breadcrumbs, and processing carrot and onion - the two blades just wouldn't chop properly. I'm glad to have upgraded to the four-blade version - what a difference! it really does so much better, and is worth the additional price tag.

Not worth the hassle

Build quality is good hence 1 start
Poor balance of the equipment. They made it tall to fit 9L however that makes the machine unstable at high rpms
Only speed 2 it shakes like crazy as if it will fall.
Dough attachment is useless.
Whisk is useless too. Un even whipping.
The 4 blade chopper is good but again on speed 2 you need to hold the machine else it falls vibrating
The slicer is good but 10% of the produce in the end gets stuck on the face plate and have to be chopped my hand so very annoying
No, I do not recommend this product.
