Everything I’d hoped it would be! Bought for mixing sourdough bread , easy to use, mixes completely. I would recommend it to anyone who makes homemade bread. Does exactly what it says it would in the ads I viewed .

I love the large capacity. The ease of use. I bake a lot and large quantities. This allows me to do it at one time and not have to work in small batches. I love all my attachments and accessories.

I brought this stand mixer a few months ago and love everything I have made from it! I originally owned a smaller kitchen aid stand mixer and started making all of our bread products homemade and this has made the transition so much easier!
