Add a flour power rating of 8 cups, which means you can make enough dough for 6 dozen cookies, 3 loaves of bread or 6 pounds of mashed potatoes in a single batch. This model also features a 250W motor and a 4-1/2 qt. stainless steel bowl. The Onyx Black finish gives the mixer a sleek look.

I wish it had a mode to go even slower, sometimes the batter goes flying! Other than that, it's great and a huge help.

Have been wanting one of these for a long time and it has more than lived up to expectations. The mixer feels very solid and reliable performing well with everything I've thrown at it so far. Also easy to clean.

Poor design at best!

I was able to adjust the attachment so it didn’t touch the bottom of the bowl but couldn’t finish making a bread dough because the mixer wanted to shake a shudder all over the countertop. My soul purpose for purchasing this was to mix bread dough. What a waste of money. Cutting corners during lean times will eventually sink your company.
