Very sturdy and we'll made but a terrible design. Replace all the hardware as it does not allow the lug holes to line up with the alloy wheels with enough room to get a socket on the provided lug nuts. Mount the tire to the frame and then lift the whole thing to mount to the tongue. Hope you never have to use your spare alone. My recommendation is mount your spare somewhere else.

Well built but almost impossible to use. The tire is halfway under the trailer when mounted. You have hold the tire up with your hands above your head while lying on your back when releasing it. Bring a helper skinny enough to get totally under the trailer. Can’t flip it over because the trailer side rails hit the tire.

It’s a very sturdy build. Took about an hour to put together. Mostly because the picture was a little confusing. Word of advice, attach the tire to the bracket first then use some sort of stand with wheels to the tire under the trailer in place to assemble it the trailer itself. You will need an electric power ratchet to ease the bolts onto the screws. Especially putting on the bolts that hold the wheel on. The only thing that bothers me is how low it sits. But I assume karavan has that clearance figured out.

It wants me to mount the tire beneath the frame? Loss of ground clearance and getting that wheel off and on isn't a one person job. Im not even going to install it on the trailer. Nope. I only gave it 2 stars because of the quality of the piece. Tractor Supply, you can have it back. Getting my refund today!
