I'm usually a standard size 8 women's shoe, but ordered an 8.5 in these boots. They fit great. I bought them as a work boot to wear on my small farm in Connecticut, and they're terrific for the job. Apart from a little bit of toe rubbing on day one, they were comfortable straight out of the box. In fact the sole is amazingly comfortable. I have problems with plantar fascitis, but no problems with these boots. The only reason I deducted a star was because the boots arrived with some sort of sticky gum on the side, and some of the pink trim was damaged. These boots are super cute, so it was really disappointing for brand new boots to arrive looking less than perfect. As it was, they're work boots, so they're going to suffer wear pretty quickly, and I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning them, so I kept them.

Great fit but they did NOT last. Stitching is thin and broke with less than 3 months wear.
