JUST HORRIBLE

TOTALLY UNHAPPY. PURCHASED THIS HAT A FEW MONTHS AGO. STYLE, FIT IS OK. THE BIG BIG PROBLEM IS JUST DAYS AFTER PURCHASE THE SHINY LINING INSIDE AT THE TOP JUST HAS PULLED OUT COMPLETELY. IT WAS NEVER ATTATCHED TO THAT INNER BRIM BAND. SO THAT LINING IS JUST ALWAYS CLUMPED UP. AND THAT MAKES IT BUMPY ON TOP OF YOUR HEAD. I KEEP TRYING TO TUCK THAT MATERIAL BACK INTO THAT BAND BUT THAT NEVER WORKS. AS SOON AS I PUT IT ON THAT MATERIAL JUST PULLS OUT. I CALLED JUSTIN ABOUT THIS ISSUE. THEY SAID TRY USING FABRIC GLUE. THATS NOT MY JOB. AND A STICKY MESS COULD BE THE END RESULT. HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF WESTERN HATS AND NEVER ONCE HAD SUCH PROBLEM. I WANT EXCHANGE OR MONEY BACK.

Hat wasn't crispy new. Definitely a return that was resold. Had a few marks on the brim and needed a little love with a lint roller. Another tell was it being retaped with clear tape over the original brown tape that was cut. Wasn't on sale so it should have been brand new. Hate that I can't trust Tractor Supply. Won't ever order from this site again. Too much trouble to return over a few nicks but that's not the point.
Yes, I recommend this product.
