Q: 1. AC charging plug will not "seat" into the unit's charging port. The main light will come on if I push on it firmly. Should plug go into the port deeper? 2. I cannot get the unit to charge. The red light will come on, but no power when unplugged.

Awesome light and a good value

I received this from a friend. It's very bright for only being a thousand. In my opinion it's a very good deal for on the go, power outage or any other situation you need light weather might not even be elected available. You can charge it with your cigarette lighter, or plug it in the wall and charge it there. Hangs up all kinds of different ways making it easier to use as a down light. Also got the two kickstands to how beautiful in the direction you need it. My opinion it's an awesome deal. He got it on sale for less than the price advertised.
