Instinct Raw Boost Mixers Digestive Health Freeze-Dried Raw Dog Food Topper, 5.5 oz.

I am incredibly frustrated to see that the updated packaging for the Raw Boost Mixers Digestive Health formula now includes salmon oil. My cats have significant fish sensitivities, and the original version of this product was a lifesaver for balancing their GI issues. It was one of the few high-quality toppers on the market with a "basic" ingredient list that actually worked for sensitive pets. Adding a common allergen like salmon oil to a product specifically marketed for digestive support makes no sense for pets with allergies. My cats absolutely loved this topper, and it was a staple in their diet, but now I can no longer safely feed it to them. It is heartbreaking to lose a trusted product due to an unnecessary formulation change. Please consider bringing back a fish-free version for those of us with sensitive cats who relied on the original recipe.

I have been feeding my cats instinct brand for years and they love it. It’s very nutritious and healthy tor the fur babies.the food is fresh and the texture and consistency never fails. I will keep buying this brand because my cats never get sick of it

I originally bought the Instinct® Raw Boost Mixers Digestive Health for my elderly kitty, who had multiple health issues and was a very picky eater (as many senior cats can be). She loved these. They were one of the few things she consistently ate, and they really helped keep her interested in her meals. I’ve since adopted another kitty, and he’s tried these as well — he likes them too! I really appreciate that Instinct sells these in small packs so pets can sample them first, and then offers larger bags for long-term use once you know they enjoy them. For the record, he also likes the multivitamin variety with no issues. I highly recommend these. Since they’re sold in small packs, it’s easy and affordable to give them a try, and they’re a great option when thinking about your pet’s health.

Two of my cats have digestive issues, so I have to be mindful of what I feed them. One of them was throwing up and the other had chronic diarrhea. After trips to the vet, deworming and a round of panacure, the diarrhea persisted. So, I decided to try an elimination diet. This product is one that I chose to add in some healthy supplements and fiber. Neither one of them has had any problems with this product. In fact, I think the beneficial ingredients such as pumpkin, chicory root and probiotics have helped them. I mostly use these little nuggets as treats and as a snack in between meals and sometimes as a topper. All three of my cats LOVE these and the littlest one will stand on her hind legs and spin in circles when she sees me pull out the bag. Apparently, they're that good, at least to her. They are a bit pricy for those of us on a budget, but in my case, I think they are worth it.
