The Propane Tank Cover was received in a timely manner in original factory packaging in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once opened, the access door and related hardware were not included in the parts. The instructions included with the package detailed installation of the access door and listed the parts, and assembly instructions, but the parts were not included. I contacted the Tractor Supply customer service. They were helpful and sent me another complete Propane Tank Cover package and instructed me to return the deficient package to my local Tractor Supply store. When the replacement package was received, just like the original order, the access door and related hardware were not included. I returned both Propane Tank Cover packages to the local store for a refund. They were friendly, sympathetic, but could offer no other solution.
