Great cutter that does its job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a month ago and the grass never looked better. There is no longer any need to pull the old cranky lawnmower, put on the noise suppression earmuffs, run it for 20 minutes, empty bag every few runs, then drag to the curb and hope that bag will not tear. All of that is gone. I simply spray underside with hose and that is it. Installation was a breeze and software app is solid.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Flawless Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only have had this product for 1 weeks and I am glad I bought it. Yes wired install can be a pain for some but my yard was relatively small and easy requiring essentially a rectagular boundary. Took 2 hours including watching the install videos. Working with any issues after just 2 days 6am to 10pm grass looks great. Probably going to adjust every other day on schedule. My front yard is bit more complicated with sidewalks so maybe next year I will expand boundary.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Not worth the frustration

Really frustrated, and I just purchased the big 550 for my baseball field and think I'll cancel. I just installed my 415x, everything set, good to go. I've had it for about a week. Yesterday it says "charging station blocked," which it obv isn't. I've just spent my entire weekend going through youtube videos, forums, e.t.c trying to troubleshoot this. Husqvarnas support says "you need to contact a certified service dealer." The thing is new. It sounds like a lot of other people online have had this problem. If I don't have this fixed in the next 48 hours, I'm cancelling my 550 Epos, which is about a 7k purchase.

No, I do not recommend this product.
