How does Smart Supply work?
Smart Supply is Tractor Supply’s subscription program designed to ensure customers never run out of the essential products they rely on. Customers can schedule recurring deliveries for frequently purchased items such as animal feed, pet supplies and other everyday essentials. Smart Supply helps customers save time and money on eligible orders, simplify reordering and provides a convenient way to keep farms, homes and animals well supplied. Smart Supply is integrated into the Tractor Supply shopping experience and appears across product pages, checkout and Account page.
How do I know which items are eligible for Smart Supply?
Eligible Smart Supply items can be found by selecting “Smart Supply eligible” on the top right-hand side of product listing pages. Eligible items will also have a “Smart Supply” box above One Time purchase on a product detail page. You can also add Smart Supply to your order in cart prior to checkout with a Smart Supply checkbox under all eligible items.
What are the frequency options for Smart Supply items?
When setting up your Smart Supply initial order, you will have the option to select order frequencies between one week and eight months. Should you change your mind after you created your Smart Supply order, you can update your frequency at any time ahead of your next order on your Account page on the Subscription Manager page at any time before your next order.
Can I change or reschedule my Smart Supply order?
Yes, you can skip your next order, change your quantity, order date or frequency, pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your Subscription Manager page select the calendar icon next to your next order date and select the date that works best for you to receive your next Smart Supply order.
Will I receive a discount for future, recurring Smart Supply order?
Yes, you will receive a 5% discount on all future, recurring Smart Supply orders, both delivery and in store pick up.
Do Neighbor's Club members earn Neighbor's Club rewards for Smart Supply orders?
Yes, Smart Supply orders will count the same as regular orders toward Neighbor's Club rewards.
Do TSC Credit Cardmembers earn rewards for Smart Supply orders?
Yes, Smart Supply order earn 5% in reward if you use the TSC Visa Credit Card or TSC Store Credit Card as their default payment for their Smart Supply order. Select your TSC Credit Card as the payment method when you set up a Smart Supply order.
Will I get the lowest available price with my Smart Supply order?
Yes, the current price available at the time your order is shipped or when the order is prepared for pickup will be applied.
How can I change my Smart Supply order shipping address?
Under Shipping for the Smart Supply item on your Subscription Manager page, select a previously saved address or select “Add new address” to create a new saved address in your Account.
What should I do if I receive an email that there is an issue with upcoming Smart Supply order?
Please review account details under My Profile to confirm order related details including shipping address, billing address and payment information are accurate and valid. If no issues are found, please contact TSC customer service at (877) 718-6750.
How do I cancel my Smart Supply order?
You can cancel your Smart Supply order at any time on your Subscription Manager page select "Cancel Smart Supply" under "More Options." We will remember all your previous Smart Supply orders so you can reactivate a Smart Supply order at anytime!
Can bulk discount pricing be applied to Smart Supply orders?
Yes, bulk discount pricing will apply to qualified Smart Supply orders.
Do I need to cancel my current Smart Supply order if I want to change to a new product?
No need to cancel! You can switch to a different product within your existing Smart Supply order without needing to cancel and re-subscribe to the product. Find the Smart Supply order in My Subscriptions under your Account and select "Swap Product" to select a new product for your Smart Supply order.
