It's beautiful, but....

It is a beautiful feeder but only 4 months later it is split all along the top of it, from one side to the other. This feeder is kept in my bedroom as back-up or 'night time' feeder for one dog, so there is not a lot of abuse, if any so I am really disappointed that it has not lasted even 6 months. And the bowls are shallow so they do not hold much water or food.

Once bowls are inserted you're only getting a one inch clearance as opposed to sitting bowls on the floor. It's very pretty but does not serve a beneficial purpose.
