DO NOT BUY

Would not power on except when on charger and would say it’s fully charged but as soon as you unplugged it, it powered down. I ordered 12/12/25 for Christmas but did not receive until 12/30/25 and then did not work. I returned it and they have supposedly been ordering a new one that works and I stop by the store every few days and it’s still not received. It has been almost 3 months and my 6 year old grandson is extremely anxious to have his present and I am extremely frustrated. Per previous reviews I read today this is a common occurrence and complaint. I will not buy any other type of motorized items ever from this store. I bought a 4 wheeler for same child the previous Christmas and it stopped working after a few months and I bought the insurance on it and still has not been fixed or replaced.
No, I do not recommend this product.

No fault of Tractor Supply

I purchased two of these as Christmas gifts on Dec 14 with shipping stating it would be here before Christmas. Unfortunately, I did not receive one of them until today Dec 30th and the second one I still have not received. (No fault of Tractor Supply as I guess these are from a third party vendor). The one I did receive today wouldn’t turn on upon unboxing and had to google how to get the battery out of sleep mode due to inactivity on the battery for more than 3 months. Once it finally charged it won’t turn on or do anything when taken off the charger. When on the charger it states battery is full and will blink the red and green lights and then nothing. Trying to get in touch with Hover-1 is a nightmare as you have to submit a ticket and wait for them to get back to you as customer service number doesn’t work due to “high demand”. Again none of this is no fault of Tractor Supply. I truly hope I can get the one I have working with contact Hover-1 soon and I truly hope I receive the other one without all the hassle and issues.
